Jupiter Gibbous Moon Conjunction

I have read that there will be a conjuncton of Jupiter and one of it's moons 2/22/02 approximately midnight EST. Is that correct? If it is correct can I get a look at it with my 4.5" reflector. I can always make out the 4 Gallion moons of Jupiter.... |
