I know there is a person in the box when I receive instructions which are intended to determine if I am a person.

Artificial intelligence can only recite preprogramed responses given by a real person. In truth artificial intelligence is a real person which is trying to anticipate all possible questions which can be asked.
If information is given which the original programer can not have known, then the artificial intelligence will fail.

Real intelligence can comprehend.

Can we get a computer to that point?
