TeleVue is considered high-quality eyepieces. The Meade 4000 series is also not bad concerning performance. However, you may have noticed that TeleVue/Nagler is very pricy. In this case it`s "what you pay for". I own a Nagler 32mm for my 8" Dobs. Very good EP. Beats the 4000 series all to heck in my opinion. If you have the cash, buy the best if so inclined. Good Luck!!
